Yohan Bendao is an associate in Gide's "Litigation" team in Paris.

He assists our clients at all stages of their litigation and pre-litigation proceedings before the civil, commercial and arbitration courts. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, corporate litigation and international trade litigation. He has also developed expertise in the enforcement of judgments and arbitration wards in France and abroad.

Yohan is currently advising two investment funds in relation to the exercise of a liability guarantee and the payment of an earn-out, as well as the founder of a digital start-up in a dispute relating to his dismissal and the purchase of his shares. He has also defended the main sovereign wealth fund of a Middle Eastern state for several years against the seizure of its assets for several hundred million euros.

A graduate in commercial law and international business law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, Yohan joined Gide in 2021 after working in companies, law firms and as a legal assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal.
