Yohan Bendao is a member of the Paris Bar and an associate in our Arbitration and Litigation practice group.
He specialises in business law and international law and assists clients in all areas of business litigation (M&A litigation, contractual disputes, tort, insolvency proceedings) as well as in enforcement proceedings for judgments and arbitral awards, in France and abroad.
Yohan has graduated from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas (M1 Business Law, M2 International Business Law). He joined Gide after several internships in companies (Engie, Equans), law firms (Jeantet, Viguié Schmidt & Associés, Solferino & Associés) and as legal assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal.
He speaks English and French.
