Vincent Sauvet is an associate in Gide's Competition and International Trade team in Paris.

His practice covers competition, distribution and consumer law. He advises and litigates before the civil and commercial courts and before the French Competition Authority.

He has recently acted in litigation proceedings before the French Competition Authority, in commercial and contractual disputes, in unfair competition cases and on issues relatied to breaches of selective distribution agreements before the commercial courts. He has also intervened in merger notifications proceedings before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission.

Vincent is a graduate of the Université Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (Master 2 in Competition and Contract Law), the Université Paris Nanterre (Master 2 in French and Common Law) and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (LL.M.). Sworn in to the Paris Bar in 2023, he was also sworni in to the New York Bar in 2022.
