She is regularly involved in merger and reorganization processes for companies in the industrial, commercial, financial and real estate sectors, including cross-border mergers and mergers of OPCI, SCPI and GFI. She is also in charge of the legal follow-up of companies from different sectors of activity such as banking, real estate, transport, the automotive industry and the media.
It also assists private partners in PPPs. It has recently followed the creation of project companies set up between different groups in the framework of concessions in motorway areas.
