Valentin Mercier is an associate in Gide's Real Estate team in Paris.

Valentin advises institutional investors, property companies, developers, management companies, first-tier users and major retailers. His practice covers all areas of property law, including commercial leases, construction and property transactions, both in advisory and litigation matters.

He holds a Master 2 in real estate and construction law from the Université Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and a diploma from the Institut de droit public des Affaires (IDPA). Valentin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
