Valentin Lefebvre is Counsel in Gide's "Corporate" team in Paris. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. After working with financial investors, he has developed an expertise in advising executives, founders and managers on these transactions.

Valentin recently advised Primonial on the disposal of its subsidiary Primonial Ingénierie & Développement to the Crystal group and Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC on its acquisition of a minority stake in Group Constructa. He also advised Big Mamma's management team on the acquisition of a majority stake by McWin.

Valentin practised with Linklaters LLP (Paris and London) and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (Paris). He is a graduate of the University of Cergy-Pontoise, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and HEC Paris. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015.
