Tiphaine Dupont is an associate in Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris. She specialises in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions.

She assists French and international clients including companies, investment funds and managers with a particular focus on emerging growth companies. She advises our clients throughout all stages of their development, from incorporation to exit through their financing rounds, the elaboration of employee incentive plans and restructuring and growth operations.

Tiphaine practised with a UK law firm and completed various internships in the corporate departments of French and international law firms. She is a graduate of the Institut Catholique d'Etudes Supérieures. Tiphaine was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
