Thomas Le Meur is an associate of Gide's Investment Funds and Financial Services team.
He advises French and foreign financial institutions on all areas of financial services regulations, with a specific focus on asset management. Thomas also assists financial institutions on enforcement investigations by the financial regulators.
He is graduated from the Sorbonne Law School - University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (LLM in Comparative Law and LLM in Financial Law).
Before joining Gide, Thomas worked as a legal advisor at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and as associate in the banking & finance regulatory practice in largest international law firm in Luxembourg.
Alongside his work as a lawyer, Thomas teaches Financial Law at the Sorbonne Law School.
