Associate in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions & Finance" team in Paris. He advises on all areas of real estate law.

He is mainly involved in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, leases in a future state of completion and real estate transactions (sales and acquisitions of companies and/or real estate assets, sale and lease-back transactions, structuring, shareholders' agreements, etc.).

Thomas recently worked for Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC on its acquisition of a minority stake in the Constructa Group in February 2024.

Thomas worked for 2 years in the Fund Management department of BNP Paribas REIM. He is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School (Master in Management - Grande Ecole Programme, 2021) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (Master 2 in General Private Law, 2022).
