Thibault Fromentin is an associate in Gide's Public Law team in Paris. He specialises in town planning law and public property law.

Thibault assists public and private operators with the design and implementation of their real estate projects, both in terms of town planning and development (analysis of the legal feasibility of operations, assistance with the procedure for applying for administrative authorisations) and in terms of public contract law (complex real estate packages, state occupation agreements). He also represents these operators before the administrative courts.

Its activities enable it to support national-scale commercial and industrial property projects.

Thibault is a graduate of the Master 2 Droit public approfondi (2019) and the Master 2 Droit Immobilier et de la construction (2020) at the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
