Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Tamara Anstett is an associate within Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.
She advises in particular on commercial and residential leases, construction and real estate transactions.
Tamara mainly advises French and foreign institutional investors and investment funds on their real estate transactions. She also assists developers and project owners on construction operations, and works alongside institutional lessors and major users in the negotiation of commercial leases and the management of their assets.
She is involved in developing real estate practices, such as co-living and energy performance.
Tamara is a graduate of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University (Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Law, Valedictorian, 2019 ; Master's degree in Business Law, 2018).
Since December 2021, she has been drafting a thesis entitled "Buildings and the challenges of energy performance" under the supervision of Professor Hugues Périnet-Marquet at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
In 2021 Tamara won the Rivière Avocats the 1st Prize for Excellence in Public Real Estate Law.
She completed a six-month secondment in the London office.
She speaks French and English.
