Tamara Anstett is an associate in the "Real Estate Operations & Financing" team.

She advises in particular on commercial and residential leases, construction and real estate transactions. Tamara mainly advises French and foreign institutional investors and investment funds on their real estate transactions. She also assists developers and project owners on construction operations, and works alongside institutional lessors and major users in the negotiation of commercial leases and the management of their assets.

Tamara recently avises J.P. Morgan AM in he sale in future state of completion ("VEFA") of three buildings totalling 167 homes in the Paris region, Colonies in the partnership with CDC Habitat for a target investment of 200m EUR, and Howden in the acquisition of the AGEO Group.

Tamara is a graduate of the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas (Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
