Sumerya Dinç is an associate in the Gide's "Projects" (Finance & Infrastructure) in Paris.

She focuses on project realization in France and emerging countries, particularly in the utilities sector (energy, water, and transportation) and telecommunication sectors. She assists governments and public bodies with legislative and regulatory reforms, the implementation of sectoral policies and the privatization of public companies.

In the infrastructure sector, Sumerya has worked with Electricité de Strasbourg (mining), EDF (charging stations), Hy2Gen (hydrogen), lenders (Cayenne BRT) as well as Sèmè City, the IFC and the Government of Guinea Bissau (telecommunications). Sumerya has previously assisted sponsors and other players in the energy, transport and telecoms sectors with financing and M&A.

Sumerya was an associate in the projects, infrastructure and TMT teams at Jones Day, and in the project finance, energy and infrastructure teams at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés. She has also worked for international law firms in London and Istanbul. Sumerya holds a Master 1 in Business Law and Tax Law and a Master 2 in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2021.
