Sofia Vukovic is an associate in the "European Economic Law" team in the Paris office.

Her practice focuses on French and European competition law, distribution law and consumer law. The firm advises on and litigates before the competition authorities (mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant position) and the commercial courts (unfair competition, restrictive competition practices, contractual disputes, compensation claims).

Sofia has acted on numerous occasions, both as counsel and in litigation, on a wide range of issues (restrictive practices, follow-on cases, mergers, advertising, sales promotions, etc.) in a variety of sectors (mass retail, luxury goods, construction, agri-food, etc.).

Sofia is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in European Market and Regulatory Law). Before joining Gide Paris, she completed several internships with French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as with the European Commission's DG Competition. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
