Sarah Whitley is an associate within Gide's structured finance team, part of its Banking & Finance practice group. Sarah qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2012.
She has worked on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional banking, trade finance, project finance and capital markets transactions, where her experience includes advising financial institutions (commercial banks and multilateral and development financial institutions), as well as corporate borrowers and sponsors.
Sarah has completed secondments to Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Gide's offices in Paris, Moscow and Ho Chi Minh City. With experience in both developed and emerging economies, she has worked on a significant number of transactions in Europe, North Africa, Mongolia and Russia.
