Sarah Doray is a senior associate in Gide's "Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions" team in New York . She specialises in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital.

She advises investment funds, strategic investors and companies on fundraising and acquisition/divestiture transactions. She has particular expertise in cross-border transactions, mainly between France and the United States. Sarah also has expertise in monitoring foreign investment in France.

Sarah recently advised Sofinnova on its investment in Bioptimus in the biotech sector. She also recently advised HIG Capital on its acquisition of the France Elevateur group, alongside US law firm Ropes & Gray.

Sarah began her career in various Parisian and American law firms before joining Gide for her first position. She started in the Paris office and joined the New York office in 2018. She is a graduate of Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in Business Law and Economics, HEC Paris and New York University (NYU) School of Law. Sarah has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017 and of the New York Bar since 2023.
