Philippine Fradet is an associate in the "Competition & International Trade" team in the Brussels office.

She works on merger control cases and has been involved in a number of complex transactions requiring international antitrust approvals, notably before the European Commission and competition authorities on the African continent (Morocco, Tunisia, COMESA, CEMAC, etc.) She also advises on matters relating to the internal market, notably in the audiovisual sector.

Philippine has worked on several multi-jurisdictional merger control cases. She was for instance involved in the acquisition by Clariant of Lucas Meyer Cosmectics, as well as in the acquisition of Bolloré Africa Logistics by MSC Group. She also worked on internal market subjects in the audiovisual sector, and on a case of abuse of dominant position before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Philippine studied at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Oxford University and the College of Europe. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023 and is on the E list of the French-speaking Bar in Brussels.
