Philippe Dupichot is a professor at Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), where he lectures in civil and commercial law, in particular contracts, goods, securities and corporate law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Philippe is head of Gide's Scientific Council.
Philippe chairs the Master 2 postgraduate course on banking and finance law (Droit bancaire et financier) and is founder of the Sorbonne's school of law. He is the author of a great many publications.
President of the Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique française, Philippe was a member of the workgroups on reforming securities law (2003 to 2005; 2017) and is the initiator of the European business code project.
As Senior Counsel, he is essentially consulted on business contracts, real estate structuring and financing.
