Pauline Cabany is an associate in Gide's "European Competition and Regulatory Affairs" team in Brussels.
She advises on a range of competition law issues, in particular state aid, especially in the transport sector, and merger control. She also assists clients on issues relating to the internal market and European regulations.
Pauline is involved in assisting companies with their state aid issues, including discussions with the European Commission. She advises transport (rail and air) and gambling operators on their competition issues and European regulations. She also assists clients with their merger control notifications.
Pauline graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and obtained two LLMs, one from Humboldt University Berlin and the other from King's College London. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
