Michał Kamiński is an associate in the "Intellectual Property and Information Technology and Litigation Law" team in Gide's Warsaw office.

He has extensive experience in managing complex, high-value public procurement projects with multiple stakeholders, technical specifications, and regulatory frameworks. He represents clients in dispute resolution mechanisms like litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation to protect their interests. Well-versed in national contract laws and industry standards, he advises on compliance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. He also drafts clear, comprehensive contracts covering scope, quality, price, payment, delivery, warranties, liability, termination, and dispute resolution.

Recently, Michał advised one of our clients in negotiating and mediating with a major contractor in connection with a public infrastructure project. He has advised clients on public procurement law issues as well as claims related to industrial contracts.

Michal is a graduate of Jagiellonian University. He has been a member of the Polish Bar since 2021.
