Mateusz Wieckowski is an advocate and member of the M&A practice at Gide Warsaw.
He specialises in M&A transactions, assisting clients at the due diligence stage and with preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, both for share deal and asset deal transactions. He also advises clients on corporate law and corporate governance. He supports clients in corporate restructuring processes, including intra-group restructuring processes, involving mergers, demergers and company transformations, as well as with the creation of family foundations.
He is an attorney entered on the list of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises at the Warsaw School of Economics.
