Martin Roger is an associate in the "Competition and International Trade" team. He specialises in competition, distribution and consumer law.

He advises and represents before the civil and commercial courts and before the French Competition Authority.

He has recently acted in litigation before the Autorité de la concurrence, in follow-on actions before the commercial courts and in merger notifications to the Autorité de la concurrence in a variety of sectors (energy, industry, etc.). He regularly advises clients on contractual matters (drafting contracts, reviewing general terms and conditions, etc.).

Martin is graduated from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas and Université Paris Nanterre (double degree in French and German law). He has completed several internships within leading law firms. Martin has been a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022.
