Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Marion Toualit is a member of the Real Estate Transactions & Finance business line. Her activities cover all areas of real estate and corporate law, and mainly real estate transactions (structuring, sales and acquisitions of real estate companies and/or real estate assets, sale and lease-back transactions, setting up partnerships, etc.). Marion also assists her clients in the negotiation of their commercial and BEFA leases as well as in the management of their real estate portfolios (restructurings, negotiations of asset management and property management contracts, etc.).
In this context, Marion works on all types of issues relating to the underlying real estate, both for investment funds and for large French or foreign groups.
In 2022-2023, Marion completed a 6-month secondment in BNP Paribas REIM's investment, asset management and arbitration team in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
Marion is graduated since 2017 from HEC Paris Business School and Paris 1, Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Double Master degree in Management & Business Law) . She speaks French and English.
