Marie Adam is an associate in Gide's "Employee Share Ownership" team in Paris.

She is a member of the Paris Bar and advises listed and unlisted companies on the structuring and implementation of their employee share ownership plans in France and abroad. She also advises on employee savings, remuneration and governance issues.

Marie assists French groups in international employee shareholding operations of various kinds (traditional offer through an FCPE, direct shareholding or through other holding arrangements). She also advises on the structuring and implementation of long-term compensation plans.

Marie is a graduate of Toulouse Capitole University (Master in Fundamental Business Law) and HEC Paris (MS/LLM in International Law and Management). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
