Manon Prestigio is an associate in the "tax" team at Gide's New York office.

She specialises in US and international tax law. In particular, she advises European companies and investors on their cross-border financing and tax structuring, as well as companies on the remuneration and incentives of their US managers and employees. She also advises individuals on compliance and tax planning for the launch and expansion of their businesses in the US and internationally.

Manon is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Law and the universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She is a member of the New York Bar.
