Ludivine Meissirel is an associate in the "Intellectual Property" team at Gide's Paris office.

She advises, both in counseling and litigation, French and international clients in all areas of intellectual property, in particular industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright, unfair competition and free-riding.

Ludivine acts in patent litigation before national courts and the Unified Patent Court in various sectors (Life Sciences, Telecommunications). She also assists French and international clients in negotiating and drafting contracts involving industrial property rights and technology transfer, particularly in the context of complex operations. Ludivine has mainly developed expertise in trademark and copyright law in the fashion, luxury and audiovisual sectors.

Ludivine holds two Masters degrees in Industrial and Artistic Property Law and International Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
