Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Lucas Gintz is an associate within Gide's Real Estate department in Paris, where he acts in an advisory capacity and also developed a litigation practice in all fields of property law.
Lucas primarily works with French and foreign institutional investors and funds in the structuring and development of their deals (share deals, asset deals). He also assists developers and project managers on property development operations and he is a regular adviser to institutional owners and major users in the negotiation of commercial leases.
Lucas is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School (MSc in Management - Grande École program, 2017) and Paris I ? Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master's degree in private law, 2016).
