Julien Nouchi is specialized in companies' taxation. He joined the Casablanca office in June 2017.
He is regularly involved in domestic and cross-border tax-related matters such as acquisitions, mergers and restructurings operations, transfer of business, transfer pricing, and more generally in various operations relating to taxation.
Julien Nouchi also advises Moroccan and international clients in their daily relationship with the tax authorities, especially in the context of tax audit or claim before the tax authorities. He has a deep sector experience of tax matters in insurance, banking, real estate, oil and gas and green energies.
He has a master degree in international companies' taxation (Paris Dauphine University, 2012) and was recently admitted to the Paris Bar School (2022). He speaks French, English and has notions in Moroccan Arabic and Spanish.
