Julie Brulé is Counsel in Gide's" Insurance" team in Paris

Her practice covers insurance and civil liability law. She has extensive experience in all areas of insurance law, both as counsel and in litigation. She is particularly involved in life insurance litigation and the professional liability of insurance and other financial intermediaries. She also regularly assists insurers and mutual insurers in audits and disciplinary proceedings before the ACPR.

Julie recently assisted an insurer with the implementation of the Green Industry Act and several insurers and bancassurers with ACPR inspections on a variety of issues (escheatment, governance, funeral contracts, duty to provide information and advice on life insurance). Julie regularly publishes articles on insurance law and is a member of various professional associations (AIDA and AJAR).

Julie holds a Master 2 in Advanced Corporate Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine and a Master 2 in Insurance Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011.
