Julia Fransès

Julia Fransès is an associate in Gide's "Public, Energy and Environmental Law" team in Paris.
Julia advises public entites and provate operators in matters of public real estate law and public contract law (complex real estate arrangements, occupancy of public land agreements). She also advises on urban planning and development law (analysis of the legal feasibility of the operation, assistance with the procedure for the examination of applications for administrative authorizations). She represents the firm's clients before all administrative jurisdictions in France.
She is currently working on the restructuration and the extension of an international organisation's headquarters, on the construction of a foreign State's diplomatic building, on several companies' projects to implement data centers in France, and is advising a European group in its project to extract ore to build electric vehicles.
Julia is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London (B.A. International Relations) and Sciences Po Paris (Master Droit Public Economique). She currently teaches at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
