Jonathan Navarro is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris. He advises on M&A and corporate transactions as well as foreign investment control issues in France.

He assists French and international clients (industrials and investment funds) with their mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and partnerships in a wide range of sectors (defence, healthcare, infrastructure). He also assists companies, particularly those with public shareholdings, with their corporate law issues. Jonathan also advises on the control of foreign investment in France at all stages of the regulatory process.

In M&A/Corporate, Jonathan regularly assists MSC with its external growth operations (notably the acquisition of Bolloré Africa Logistics), Naval Group with its M&A projects and international joint ventures, as well as for BC Partners, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, Itron Inc. and MSD.

Jonathan holds a Magistère in Business Law and a Master 2 in Business Law and Tax Law from the Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne University . He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
