Jérémy Lereau-Colonna is an associate in Gide's "Employee Ownership and Governance" team in Paris.

Jérémy assists listed and unlisted companies with the structuring and deployment of their employee share ownership plans, in France and internationally (traditional or leveraged offer, via an FCPE, direct share ownership or through other holding arrangements). He also advises on employee savings schemes, executive remuneration and the implementation of long-term remuneration plans (free share allocations, stock option plans, phantom shares, etc.).

Jérémy is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Masters in Economic Law - Business, Markets and Regulation). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
