Imane Bellafqih is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice group of Gide's London office. She completed her training contract at the Firm and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in September 2022.
Imane acts for financial institutions and corporates in securitisation transactions, as well as on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions.
During her training contract at Gide, Imane has spent time working with the International Dispute Resolution team in London, the Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) group in London and Casablanca, and the Banking and Finance group in London. Before joining Gide, Imane was a banking associate at a market-leading US law firm in Paris and interned at several international law firms in London, Paris and Casablanca. She holds an LLB in Law from SOAS University of London, an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and the Legal Practice Course from BPP University's School of Law.
