Hyun Chul CHO is Senior Counsel in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.
He specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He mainly advises major Korean groups on their investments and acquisitions in France, Eastern Europe and North Africa. He also advises French groups investing in South Korea.
Before joining Gide in 2022, Hyun Chul practised in various French and Korean law firms. He was also a partner in the Korean law firm Yulchon in Seoul for 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (DEA in Business Law) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2006.
