Hugo Baudière is an associate in Gide's "Banking and Finance" team in Paris. He specialises in banking regulation.

He advises credit institutions, investment firms, payment institutions, electronic money institutions and asset management companies on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their activities, and assists them in the event of legal or disciplinary proceedings before the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution.

Hugo holds a doctorate in law (2019 - Montpellier Faculty of Law and Political Science) and is a graduate of the DJCE. He was admitted to the bar in 2021.
