Hazal Görmüş is an associate in the Intellectual and Industrial Property team in the Istanbul office.

She advises Turkish and international clients on a wide range of IP matters, including trademarks, designs, copyrights, patent and litigation. She is experienced in assisting IP prosecution and enforcement actions, representing clients before the Intellectual and Industrial Property Courts in Turkiye. In the fight against counterfeiting, she develops strategies tailored to the clients' needs and is actively involved in raids, criminal proceedings, and legal actions related to counterfeit goods produced domestically. She also oversees cases involving counterfeit products seized at Turkish customs under import, export, or transit regimes.

Recently, Hazal has been involved in shaping IP strategies for the clients and offering legal advice across various sectors. She represents companies in industries such as fashion, cosmetics, textiles, and perfume in both advisory and litigation matters. She actively assists in the seizure and destruction of counterfeit products.

Hazal graduated from Istanbul University Law School in 2021 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2022.
