Grâce M'vunda

Grâce M'Vunda is an associate in Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions/Company Law team.
She mainly advises on acts on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint-ventures, investments and restructuring operations, and more generally on corporate law issues. Prior to joining Gide in 2024, she worked at an international law firm for almost 2 years.
Grâce advised the EDF group on the signing of a long-term strategic partnership with Morrison, a global infrastructure investment specialist, for the creation of a joint financing platform to invest in the development of ultra-fast recharging for electric vehicles in France; and Somdia, a subsidiary of the French Castel group, on the sale of its wheat flour production units in Cameroon and Congo to the Cameroonian group Cadyst.
Grâce holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise - DJCE) from CY Cergy Paris Université and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
