Gersende Renard is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She advises listed and unlisted companies on different matters such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate governance matters.

Gersende has worked on various M&A transactions, takeovers and corporate governance matters involving companies in a wide range of sectors.

Gersende practised with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and completed several internships with leading law firms and listed companies. She has a law degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LLM (Master of Law) from Harvard University. Gersende is also a graduate of the Grande Ecole programme at ESCP Business School (Master in Management). Gersende was admitted to the New York Bar in 2020 and to the Paris Bar in 2021.
