Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Gautier Kerjouan is an associate within Gide’s Competition & International Trade practice group. His activities include competition law (cartels and abuse of dominant position), distribution law (distribution networks, trade negotiations and restrictive practices), and consumer law (consumer protection rules, advertising and sales promotion law). Gautier provides advice and litigation assistance to French and foreign companies alike.
Gautier holds a corporate law diploma and a Master’s degree in Franco-British business law from the University of Rennes 1 (France), as well as a certificate of specialised studies in economic law from the University of Montpellier 1 (France) and an LL.M. in international business law from the University of Exeter (UK). He speaks French and English.
