Practices

Gautier Kerjouan is Counsel in Gide's "Competition & International Trade" practice group in Paris.

He advises and litigates for French and international clients on all aspects of economic law.

Gautier specialises in French and EU competition law, in particular anti-competitive practices (cartels and abuse of dominance). He has significant experience of antitrust investigations and litigation (Autorité de la concurrence). He also assists our clients, before the courts, in private enforcement proceedings. In addition, he handles the most complex distribution law issues (structuring and legality of networks, supplier-distributor relations, commercial partnership agreements, termination of relations, etc.), and represents our clients before civil and commercial courts in their strategic disputes in this field. Finally, he assists our clients with a wide range of consumer law issues, particularly in the context of DGCCRF inspections (compliance, advertising and sales promotion, greenwashing, etc.).

Gautier is a graduate of the University of Rennes 1 (DJCE and Magistère Juriste d'Affaires Franco-Britannique) and the University of Exeter in the UK (LL.M. in International Business Law). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016.
