Frédéric Colmou is Counsel in Gide's "Projects" (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Paris.

He advises public institutions, industrialists and financial investors on the development of both greenfield and brownfield projects. His expertise extends to airports, motorways, seaports and river ports, as well as energy projects (renewable and conventional, particularly nuclear). It works with clients in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Frédéric regularly advises on complex industrial projects in France, including biomass plants, hydrocarbon pipelines and liquefied natural gas terminals. He is currently advising EDF on the supply of EPR nuclear power plants in India, the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic. He also advises companies and public-sector players in the aerospace and defence sectors, such as DGA, Arianespace and Naval Group.

Frédéric was seconded to Total Renewables in the first quarter of 2021 and is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds a specialised master's degree from ESCP-Europe. Frédéric was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014.
