François Gosset is an associate in Gide's "Martime Assurance Transport" team in Paris.

He assists insurance companies and mutual insurers, as well as the companies they insure, in civil and criminal proceedings against them. François 's practice focuses on professional liability and industrial risks. He also advises on criminal insurance law, assisting insurers and their policyholders before the criminal courts.

François is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is also a graduate of the Institut des Assurances Paris-Dauphine. As part of his Master's degree, François spent two years working as a trainee in the litigation department of the Savings, Pensions and Banking legal department of Allianz Vie. He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
