Foulques Delaporte is Counsel in Gide's "Tax Law" team in Paris.

His main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, investment fund structuring, real estate taxation and financial taxation. He regularly advises funds, management companies, real estate operators and financial institutions on their activities.

Foulques recently advised Société Générale on its investment in the management company Reed Management SAS. He advised Experimental Group on the acquisition of the 5* Sinner Paris hotel. He advised Groupama AM on the structuring of the Groupama Agro Solution Debt fund, a private debt fund dedicated to companies in the agricultural and agri-food sector. He advised Primonial REIM in connection with an exclusivity agreement for the purchase of Icade's stake in Icade Santé, estimated at €2.6 billion at 31 December 2022.

He holds a DJCE Magistère from the University of Montpellier, a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law/DJCE (2015) from the University of Montpellier, and a specialist study certificate in tax law (2015). He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017.
