Emmanuel Baux-Hendrick is an associate in Gide's "Intellectual Property" team in Paris.

He provides advice and litigation support to French and international clients on issues of industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright and unfair competition and parasitism.

Emmanuel assists clients in a wide range of litigation actions for trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition. Emmanuel also intervenes in patent validity and infringement disputes, both before national courts and before the Unified Patent Court. He also advises clients in the fashion and luxury goods sectors on a wide range of intellectual property issues.

Emmanuel holds two Master's degrees in industrial property law and in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
