Elsa Henry is an associate in Gide's "Competition & International Trade" team in Brussels.

She advises on a range of competition law issues, in particular State aid and foreign subsidies, especially in the audiovisual, transport and energy sectors. She also advises clients on merger control, the internal market and European regulations.

Elsa advises and assists French and international companies on State aid matters, including notifications and complaints to the European Commission and the analysis of concession extension projects. She also assists a French company on the foreign subsidies regulation in the context of a complaint to the European Commission. In merger control, Elsa assists clients with their notifications and has contributed to the acquisition of Lucas Meyer Cosmetics by Clariant.

Elsa studied at the University of Strasbourg. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
