Elise Raymond joined the firm in 2022 as an associate within Gide's Banking & Finance practice group, specialising in Capital Markets.
She is involved in both equity (IPOs, capital increases, block sales) and debt (bonds, EMTN programmes, Euro PP) transactions, as well as in the negotiation and implementation of derivatives.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, she holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
