Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, counsel Elise Mignard specialises in insurance and civil liability law.
She acts more particularly in the field of non-life insurance disputes (construction, civil and professional liability, industrial and special risks), and in this context regularly takes part in judicial expertise reviews on behalf of her clients. Her activity also leads her to respond to legal consultations, requested in particular by insurers.
Elise holds a Master's degree in public economic law from Paris I ' Panthéon-Sorbonne University (2006) and a Master's degree in criminal law and criminal science from Paris II ' Panthéon-Assas University (2005). She regularly publishes articles in her fields of expertise and is a former lecturer at Paris II ' Panthéon-Assas University and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (institution of higher education and research in the field of science, engineering and technology). Lastly, she actively takes part in the firm's Pro Bono programme.
