Constance Gabillet
Practices
Constance Gabillet is an associate in the IP-TMT team at Gide's Paris office.
She assists French and international clients with issues relating to copyright, personal data protection, new technologies and e-commerce. Constance also advises on communications law (image rights, press, advertising, sponsorship, patronage, social networks) and art market law. She advises on and litigates in all these areas.
In particular, Constance has developed expertise in a wide range of copyright matters (architects' rights, audiovisual production, publishing, use of generative AI, etc.). She also represents clients in proceedings relating to online content liability (platforms, publishers, intermediaries) and unfair competition.
Constance holds a Master 2 in Business Law and a Master 2 in Creative and Digital Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She joined Gide after a number of experiences in business law firms and at Chanel. Constance was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
