Charlotte's practice focuses on personal data protection and she assists clients with issues related to the compliance of their data processing (privacy policy review, analysis prior to data transfers outside the EU, etc.).
Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and a Master's degree in E-commerce and Digital Economy Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She completed several internships in the IT and personal data departments of various law firms before joining Gide.
