Charlotte Fourgous is a member of the New York and Paris Bars. She joined Gide in January 2022 as an associate in its Paris office after two years' experience in a US law firm. She specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Charlotte is particularly involved in venture capital and private equity, particularly in the new technologies sector. She advises both French and foreign investors (Eurazeo, 360 Capital, Samaipata, BlackFin, Heartcore, etc.) and growth companies (Younited, Leeway, etc.) on fundraising, restructuring, acquisitions and exits. Charlotte also advises on governance issues and the introduction of profit-sharing products.

Charlotte graduated from Paris II - Panthéon-Assas law school (Master's degree in business law), holds an LL.M. from UCLA and an entrepreneurship master's degree from HEC.
