Célia Révy is a member of the Paris Bar and specializes in intellectual property law. She advises French and international clients on contentious and non-contentious matters related to patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition.
With a dual legal and scientific background, Célia's primary focus is on patent and SPC litigation. Her recent experience includes assisting clients on multi-juridictions cases involving invalidity and infringement actions, preliminary injunctions and saisies-contrefaçon preparation. Célia also has experience in patent entitlement, know-how and trade secret litigation.
Célia graduated from Sciences Po Paris Law School (Master's degree in innovation law) and from Sorbonne University (Master's degree in chemistry). She also studied at the University of São Paulo.
She is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and LES France (Licensing Executive Society). She speaks French, English and Portuguese.
