Cécile Régnier is an associate in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions & Finance" team in Paris. She specialises in real estate law.

She advises on property transactions, development operations and commercial leases on both the user and owner sides. In this capacity, she advises French and foreign institutional investors at all stages of their real estate transactions. She also assists a number of asset managers with the rental management of their property portfolios and with litigation.

For example, Cécile recently : assisted AEW with the acquisition of a plot of land, the conclusion of a lease in future state of completion with Intersport on a warehouse and the conclusion of a CPI; assisted AEW with the acquisition of the Passy Plaza shopping centre (Paris 16); assisted Sharies, a coliving operator, with its development; assisted Euler Hermes with the in future state of completion acquisition of its future head office at La Défense; assisted and continues to assist a pension fund with the rental and litigation management of its rental portfolio of around thirty buildings.

Cécile is a graduate of the Master 2 Droit Immobilier - Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017.
